About Us
I am Jeff Raney, the Owner, Designer, and Artist of ExtremeH2Osports and am
addicted to kiteboarding and surfing. I formed this company about 7 years ago
because it's my passion and it doesn't bother me so much when I'm contributing
countless hours of artwork into the biz to try to make something of it. I enjoy creating
unique products and that stokes me out to see my friends and customers stoked! My
wife, Ofelia, also contributes her input into the final designs.
I've grown up as an artist here in Carlsbad, California and am the proud former owner
of Broken Sessions. Broken Sessions was a surfboard art/furniture business that
locally, became quite popular for many years. Back then, I was using my 'old school
art' and actually used airbrushes and paintbrushes. Eventually, I finally had to step it
up a notch and keep up with the new world of computer graphics. And so I decided to
form this current company, ExtremeH2Osports.
I will be continuously coming out with new, unique products on a regular basis so keep
checking back with us every once and awhile.
